Yes! Tours are private. Only you and your guest will be aboard the party engine. If you want to negotiate a special tour we will work with you to configure a route according to your needs. There will be an additional fee for the tour. 

Yes, there is a minimum of six people for a private tour. 

The tour will be approximately three hours from start to finish. It will help if your group arrives at the pick-up location at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time to allow us to conduct a mandatory safety briefing and sign a waiver. 

The party bus can accommodate up to twenty-five guests for scheduled tours.  

Please try to arrive for your tour approximately 10-15 minutes early to ensure an on-time departure. Our drivers and operators will not leave any later than 15 minutes after the scheduled departure time. If you miss your tour, you will still be charged in full for the tour.

 

Yes! This is a BYOB tour so bring all your favorite beverages. No glass containers are allowed. We follow all city all city and county regulations and make adjustments according to any amendments. Anyone bringing alcoholic beverages onboard must be 21+. Government-issued identification is required prior to boarding. A group contact shall obtain prior approval for participants under the age of 18 at the time of booking. A host/hostess will be on board to monitor the tour.

We will make one stop for bathroom breaks on top of the first hour. Additional stops will be made as necessary. Please feel free to use facilities at participating bars during tours. Our initial stop is typically at a convenience store to allow you to make purchases as needed. If additional stops are needed, alert the host/hostess.  

We have two routes available. The first route includes Downtown Pensacola, Pensacola Beach, and Navarre Beach. The second route leaves Navarre Beach to Destin along Miracle Strip Parkway. We can negotiate tour routes for private bookings. All tours are approximate in time and will return to the pick-up location up to fifteen minutes before the tours end. You may also reserve the party bus for a private event. Contact us to discuss details. Customers may request a route change one week before the date of the scheduled tour.   

We provide a memorable experience for your entire group on our Party Fire Engine. We have the bad azz sound system and lighting that can be personalized. Our custom-built design includes a support pole in the middle of the floor that can double for pole dancing. Yes, I said it, at least one person from your group should give it a try during the tour. You must not climb the pole. This is a BYOB tour and we'll supply the cooler, ice, cups, and host/hostess. Get ready to party like a ROCKSTAR. 

Yes, there are foldable seats along the interior wall as well as a bench. You are encouraged to be seated while the bus is in motion. If you choose to stand, it will be at your risk. 

We are here to have a good time. SO LET'S PARTY! Please adhere to the restrictions. Absolutely no glass containers. Please keep personal limbs within the cab of the vehicle. Please do not throw objects from the vehicle. Do not climb or hang from the rails. We will not tolerate inappropriate behavior. Shirts and shoes are required to enter a bar. POSITIVE VIBES ONLY!

You are required to have your government-issued photo ID. You may bring snacks and food. If you prefer a quick stop for food, please alert the host so the order can be placed ahead at one of the local bars. 

Yes! Each participant will have to sign a waiver and provide a government-issued photo ID before boarding. Parents may sign for children under the age of 18. Please arrive no later than fifteen minutes prior to your scheduled reservation. A copy of the waiver form is on our website here: Hold Harmless Agreement. You may print and sign it and bring it with you. All forms will be collected before getting on board the Party Bus.   

We encourage you to book through our website. This is the most efficient way to plan your tour. However, we are available by phone. In the event we are on a tour, please leave a message and we will return your call. You can also email us at info@gulfcoastpartypumper.com with details and we will call you back.

Rain or shine, the party is on. The bus is fully equipped with clear vinyl flaps and a heater, ensuring you'll still have a good ole time. 

Yes! Our Party Engine is equipped with heavy vinyl enclosures and heaters so you can enjoy the vibes. You are encouraged to dress appropriately for the weather.

If you want to change or cancel your booking you must contact us by email at info@gulfcoastpartypumper.com. We have a no-refund policy. We will reserve the right to allow rescheduling at our discretion and all requests must be submitted via email. 

Absolutely! Gratuity is included in the price but If you want to leave a tip, you can drop it in the tip jar or give it to the host/hostess.  

Absolutely! We have a variety of playlists available but you are more than welcome to use your own playlists. Our audio and lighting systems are Bluetooth capable and will be available during the tour to personalize your experience.  

We have a no-refund policy. We reserve the right to reschedule your tour at our discretion due to scheduling conflicts. We will rebook your tour for one year to the date of your initial reservation. All requests must be sent via email.  

Yes! Our lights are professionally installed and fully customizable and can be tailored for a more personal experience.
